I believe our symptoms make sense when we understand our story. In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, achieve more, and hold everything together, healing often begins by creating something we rarely give ourselves—a still space. A space to slow down, reflect without judgment, better understand ourselves, and discover a healthier way forward.

Many of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that feel frustrating today once served a purpose. Together, we'll explore the experiences that shaped them, identify the patterns that may no longer be serving you, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing begins with curiosity, self-awareness, and the courage to honestly explore your story.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, grief, burnout, and life's many transitions. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each individual, integrating evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, parts-informed approaches, and trauma-informed care.

My clinical background includes working extensively with individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders, addiction, and trauma. Through this work, I've seen the remarkable resilience people possess, even in the midst of life's most difficult challenges. I also enjoy supporting professionals, caregivers, and those in leadership roles who spend much of their lives caring for others.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of healing. My role isn't to have all the answers, but to provide a still space where you feel safe enough to better understand yourself, discover new ways of moving forward, and create lasting change.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas (License #102980), practicing under the supervision of Sarah Quinn, LPC-S.
